against women and so many issues that mainstream society sweeps under the rug and
would like all of us to forget about.
But not Sibby, she has boldly entered into the social reform arena and has taken the
bull by the horns. She has a unique style of true Leadership and has a way of really
getting things done for the community she serves. This quiet and reserved woman
leads by example and lets her work speak for itself. Over the past number of years she
has created the Mentoring Life Skills Mission (MLSM).
One has to log on to her amazing and comprehensive website: www.happinessrus.org
to see the amazing diversity of services the Mentoring Life Skill Mission offers to the
clients and people she advocates for! Her motto of the MLSM is simply: " Each one,
Teach one!" Sibby learned the challenges and the ropes of being a single mother and
parent when raising her own family. She quickly saw there was no services of
infra-structure in place single women parents with children. From that point Sibby
decided to address the issues of women, parents, kids and youth that American society
had simply decided to forget!
The "Richmond Truth Tazer" based out of Richmond, California, is a well known Bay
Area Violence Prevention e-zine; cited Sibby's website as one of the very best they had
ever seen for the type of Mentoring Life Skills Mission! Her website is a multi- cultural
diverse showcase in the very best of leadership skills and resources. She has created a
website that really has answers to questions. Her main theme at the website is to have
adults empower our children, youth and young adults.

advocate of human and civil rights of the people she serves. Her videos showcase the
humanity of people trying to bring change, in a right way and a good way!
She documents with her video cam, the emergence of a new America that many of us
have never seen or will know about!
She does interviews with everyday people who serve a neglected community, she
records their inspiritual and motivational words of hope and salvation, these unsung
heroes are whom Sibby has recorded and video-taped to inspire all us! Her videos are
daring and informative, she goes to the frontlines to get the story, report the story, but
best of all she tells the story the way it was meant to be told.
Sibby is an amazing, unique and spiritual leader in the Mentor Life Skills Mission. Her
work is both holy and sacred, she inspires all of us that for the children, high-risk
