An overwhelming majority of rape services agencies believe that public awareness
about rape and domestic violence and expanded counseling and advocacy services
for rape victims, would be effective in increasing the willingness of victims to report
rape and domestic violence to the proper authorities.
"The helping process" is geared toward helping a person help themselves, rather
than giving advice and options. It's time to define and clarify the problem.
